    For lower calories use a cup of water to replace skim milk.

    INGREDIENTS

    1 packet Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix (No Sugar Added)
    1 cup Skim Milk (nonfat)
    1 TBSP Instant Coffee – more or less to taste
    Ice cubes

    DIRECTIONS

    • Add hot chocolate mix, skim milk and instant coffee in a blender. Combine well.
    • Add ice cubes and process until smooth.
    • Add a dash of cinnamon on top.
    • Makes one serving.
