- For juicing the pomegranate, empty the seeds in a strainer and use a spoon to mash them. You may also use bottled pomegranate juice, if preferred.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and set to high speed for 30 seconds or just until smooth. Serve.

INGREDIENTS
2 small ripe bananas, peeled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 inch of vanilla bean
1/2 cup macadamia nuts (soaked for about 4 hours)
1 cup cherries, pitted and sliced in half (or your favorite fruit)

DIRECTIONS
- Put the bananas in a blender. Process and add nuts. Continue blending until creamy. Chill for half hour until thick.
- Layer vanilla pudding at the bottom of two cups or bowls. Add a quarter measure of the cherries and top with another layer of the pudding. Add the remaining cherries, followed with the rest of the vanilla pudding.
- Serve with sprinkles of raw granola.

* 1/2 cherry yogurt
* 1 cup of pitted cherries
* 1/2 banana
* 1/2 cup milk

- Combine milk, banana and yogurt in a blender. Process for a minute. Add the cherries, setting blender on low speed. Process for half minute and serve.
