    Carrot Smoothie Recipe

    “It’s a delightful version of carrot smoothie with it’s unique twist!”

    INGREDIENTS      

    1 cup pineapple juice
    3/4 cup crushed pineapple
    4 small carrots sliced
    1 tsp. honey
    4 ice cubes

    DIRECTIONS

    • Blend everything, but the ice to start.
    • After 10 to 15 seconds drop in ice cube one at a time until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
